· Brand Positioning and Brand Management
Objetive: Design appropriate branding strategies for effective management and administration to achieve sustained growth over time.

· Brand Management
Objective: To design and implement appropriate brand strategies in the management and administration of Brand Equity in order to generate sustained growth, as well as to properly manage brands over time.

· Consumer Behavior
Objective: Upon completing the course, the student will be able to identify the factors that influence human behavior in their role as consumers, in order to support practical applications in the field of marketing related to an assigned topic.

· Sustainability, Ethics and Social Responsibility
Objective: Upon completing this course, the student will be able to identify the relevant ethical, social, and environmental aspects for companies, in order to formulate strategies to address them.

· Leadership in Organizations
Objective: Upon completing this course, the student will understand the impact of their emotional intelligence and ethics in the organizations with which they interact, identify the relationship between both concepts, in order to design strategies that enable sustainable development within them, and develop skills to build and work collaboratively in high-performance teams.

· Leadership Applied in Business
Objective: Upon completing the course, the student will be able to identify the impact of their emotional intelligence and ethics in the organizations with which they interact, recognizing the relationship between both concepts, in order to design strategies that enable sustainable development within them, and develop skills to build and work collaboratively in high-performance teams.

· Marketing
Objective: Upon completing the course, the student will be able to apply useful tools to understand how the market operates and to research the most effective means within it, as well as to select the type of market that offers the best conditions for developing marketing activities.

· Leadership Trends
Objective: Upon completing the course, the student will be able to create sustainable entrepreneurship projects through different contemporary leadership approaches in organizations, with the purpose of guiding activities toward the common good in diverse contexts.

· Strategic Planning
Objective: Upon completing the course, the student will be able to understand the analytical tools used to study the company’s competitive environment in order to develop a strategic plan for the organization.

· Disruptive Business Seminar
Objective: Upon completing the course, the student will be able to develop prototypes of business models suited to the needs of a specific market segment—such as economic, social, or environmental—based on value creation from an integral perspective. Additionally, the student will be able to validate ideas and prototypes through iterations and the integration of technologies appropriate to the characteristics of their value proposition and the needs and benefits of the segment they aim to reach.

· Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Business Models
Objective: Upon completing the course, the student will be able to identify tools, methods, and techniques to generate transformations in products, services, processes, and systems, using innovation as a key element of competitiveness, in order to apply these elements in the development of new businesses.
