Interpret the biochemical mechanisms, as well as the pharmacological activity of medications, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, genetic therapy, and hormonal therapy.

Diagnose malignant neoplastic diseases, establish staging, and short-, medium-, and long-term prognosis.

Skillfully perform minor and major surgical methods and techniques of oncological surgery.

Appropriately utilize therapeutic resources for patients with oncological diseases.

Conduct medical-surgical activities in departments including hospitalization, outpatient consultation, operating room, laboratory, and imaging department.

Treat the sick individual as a biopsychosocial entity.

Employ the scientific method to conduct clinical research and design research projects.

Practice continuous medical education in Oncological Surgery and related specialties.

Offer non-pharmacological and multidisciplinary treatment options to patients and families with malignant neoplastic diseases.
