Just like many, I started my degree in Psychology with the mission of helping others, but in the end, I got a lot more. During the years that I studied at UDEM, I was taught to learn beyond classes and books; I was led to ask myself the right questions to discover my professional ambitions through projects and social service.

During my LPS studies at UDEM, I learned about methodology, diagnosis, and intervention from some amazing professors. This, jointly with the different internships and practicums offered by the program, strengthened my preparation to be able to develop as a researcher at the international level.

I am currently developing my post-doctorate at the University of Trier, in Germany. There, I teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels and I carry out research with a focus on developing motivation in the school sphere.

Pursuing the LPSC program at UDEM was an extremely enriching experience that allowed me to grow and develop, thanks to the knowledge and dedication of my professors and to the numerous opportunities for practice that the University provided me with. I can say that I acquired the clinical sensitivity and theory necessary to set up a private psychoanalytic clinical practice, which I have been running for three years.

An important part of my experience as a student of the undergraduate degree program in Nursing (LEN) was acquiring theoretical-practical knowledge from professionals closely related to this field of study and who have vast work experience.

I received the opportunity to render my professional services at my alma mater and be part of the school’s distinguished faculty, sharing with students in my charge the knowledge and skills necessary in a work setting, jointly applying the values that distinguish us as a school.

The undergraduate degree program in Biomedical Engineering is diverse and fascinating. I proudly remember walking out of a Medical Sciences classroom where I took classes with Medical students, and heading to my next class at the Electronics Laboratory, thus completely changing my mind’s focus.

I was a Prepa UDEM student and in an event promoting the undergraduate degree programs I discovered Biomedical Engineering. It was there that I decided to pursue that program. Throughout the semesters, I took advantage of the fact that my house was a long way away from the University and I had to stay at the campus for most of the day to take some curricular courses in sports and dance.

I still remember the first day I went to the UDEM campus as a student of the undergraduate degree program in Nutrition. I was seventeen years old and was experiencing mixed feelings: fear and courage, insecurity and the desire to get ahead, all those feelings inspired by the uncertainty of starting my university studies at a great school such as UDEM.
