The Specialty in Business Management (EGE) will provide you with skills and knowledge to enhance company productivity through assertive evaluation of the external environment, increased productivity of organizational resources, and the development and implementation of new businesses.

Objective

You will be trained in project management in an innovative, creative, competitive, and productivity-oriented manner, developing various competencies and skills for resource management within the organization.

Student Learning Outcomes

  • You will develop skills to formulate and execute business actions and practices to achieve company productivity and competitiveness.
  • You will evaluate, plan, and direct actions related to human talent, financial resources, market strategies, strategic formulation and execution, and the development of new businesses.
  • You will conduct business activities based on productivity, competitiveness, social responsibility, collective well-being, constant change, and leadership.

  • Hold a professional degree in engineering or a related discipline.

  • Have analytical and synthesis skills for problem identification and resolution.

Upon completion of the program, you will have knowledge in:

  • Interpretation and evaluation of organizational financial situations and performance.
