In the Specialty in the Development and Management of International Cooperation Projects, you will become a professional trained to develop, negotiate, and manage international cooperation agreements as well as to tackle development problems within governmental and non-governmental settings. 

Furthermore, you will make decisions and carry out actions based on an analysis of national and international reality, being sensitive to the needs of the milieu, under a conception based on the respect of inclusion and equality.

This specialty offers the possibility to carry out the equivalencies of the courses passed to pursue the Master's Degree in International Cooperation and Conflict Resolution. 

Objective

Through the Specialty in the Development and Management of International Cooperation Projects, you will be able to enhance your skills to: 

  • Identify problems related to inequality and development 
  • Assess and manage cooperation projects in public and private spheres at the local, national, and international level
  • Communicate problems, projects, and program management to different audiences in an effective manner. 
  • Implement financing and fund-raising projects that have an impact on the development of communities.

Admission Profile

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree. 
  • Basic knowledge of the international system. 
  • Have a capacity for analysis. 
  • Sensitivity toward social problems. 
  • A command of the English language. 
  • Advisable to have at least two years’ work experience, from your graduation date. 

Graduate Profile

Upon completion of this specialty, you will have developed the following knowledge: 

  • Of the problems of development and forms of cooperation. 
  • Theoretical and practical command of methodologies for the creation, management, and evaluation of international cooperation projects. 
  • An ability for negotiation with various players and institutions at the national and international level.
